We are currently pausing this service, however we are proud of what we have accomplished between 2019-2021 and encourage you to view our outcomes below. We are currently accepting donations as we look to offer hardship funds again in 2022.
Getting into recovery from alcohol or substance misuse is a hard thing. Sustaining that effort can often be just as difficult.
Many people endure an abundance of financial burdens while staying sober, such as paying off debt accrued from their addictions, court costs, child support, previous overdue taxes and more. Access To Recovery believes that these types of financial barriers should not prohibit someone from accessing the services they need. We award small scholarship grants to assist indigent individuals experiencing hardships associated with addiction by helping them to access or sustain safe and sober housing, transportation, employment and other basic needs.
